The scholarship is generously supported by YWCA Canberra Life Member, Betty Ferguson, providing two places at the 2026 She Leads Conference.

One ticket is offered to a vocational educator, and the other supports a woman who might not otherwise have the opportunity to attend due to financial barriers. It helps create space for more women to take part in the conference and connect with others in a supportive environment.
