If your employees currently manage one person and have a supervisor, work in Canberra and not part of the ACT or Federal Government, they may qualify for User Choice funding. This government initiative subsidises traineeships for eligible learners pursuing nationally recognised qualifications. YWCA Canberra is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO 1373). User Choice funding will cover $4,980 leaving only $1,020 for you [the organisation] or the trainee [your employee] to cover.
