Overview

Next course commences March 2027.

YWCA Canberra recognises that there is no one way of leading. People from diverse backgrounds lead differently, and this helps organisations grow and consider a broad spectrum of ideas, experiences, and opinions.

Our BSB50420 She Leads Diploma of Leadership and Management builds on a traditional Diploma of Leadership and Management by:

● Acknowledging and addressing the perspectives, challenges and opportunities for women and non-binary people in leadership
● Challenging and reframing the concept of leadership
including a feminist and intersectional diversity focus
● Recognising and celebrating all levels of leadership
emphasising self-exploration and development
● having facilitators who are experts in their field
