Thank you for purchasing a ticket to attend a YWCA Canberra (She Leads) event. By purchasing a ticket, you confirm your acceptance of the following terms and conditions. If you have purchased multiple tickets, you agree to these terms on behalf of all attendees, who are also required to comply.
Refund Policy
If you are unable to attend the event, please notify us promptly by contacting sheleads@ywca-canberra.org.au. A full refund is available for cancellations made via email at least seven (7) days prior to the scheduled event.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations received within seven days of the event.
Card fees will not be refunded:

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person by emailing sheleads@ywca-canberra.org.au with the replacement attendee’s details no later than 48 hours before the event. Dietary requirements cannot be accommodated within the seven (7) days prior and the regular menu will be served in such cases.
YWCA Canberra Membership Eligibility and Pricing
- Member Pricing Eligibility: To qualify for YWCA Canberra member pricing, an individual must hold an active and approved YWCA Canberra membership at the time of purchase. It is the applicant’s responsibility to ensure their membership has been fully approved prior to making any purchase for which member pricing is sought.
- Ticket Limit: Your YWCA Canberra membership discount is applicable to one ticket only per eligible event, product, or service, unless otherwise stated.
- Membership Activation: All membership applications must undergo formal review and approval by the YWCA Canberra Board. A membership is not considered active, and therefore does not confer eligibility for member pricing or benefits, until Board approval has been granted.
Payment Terms for Invoices for Groups of 8+ Attendees
All invoices issued under this offer must be paid in full by 10 July 2026, prior to the conference. If payment cannot be completed by this date, written confirmation must be provided by your organisation’s finance team confirming the invoice is scheduled for payment within the current pay cycle. This confirmation must be submitted as a signed statement.
Your organisation remains liable for all tickets booked under invoice, and no changes are permitted once tickets are confirmed, except for additional ticket purchases at the current pricing. Tickets may be cancelled if payment or appropriate confirmation is not received by the due date.
