It will be an inspiring and empowering day aimed at activating the potential of young leaders. Through exposure to a diverse range of young leaders in the community, students will be inspired to start defining and developing their own leadership pathways.

This year’s theme FORGE focuses on the power of leadership to bring young people together in an increasingly divided world. It’s about standing strong, building connections, and embracing diversity, all while empowering young women and non-binary people to lead with confidence and purpose.
